We specialise in designing and delivering powerful learning experiences. Our development training programmes combine indoor and outdoor experiential learning activities with relevant theory and creative reviews.
We have a fantastic outdoor centre in the grounds of Ripley Castle, Yorkshire. Also on site is the Boar's Head hotel, one of the Great Inns of Britain and we have historic training facilities within the Castle itself. The outdoor centre comprises more than 30 high and low problem-solving activities that can be selected and adapted to meet specific objectives.

We make a minimum impact on the environment, use natural materials wherever possible, have our trees inspected regularly for health and participate with clients in environmental community projects in partnership with charities such as the RSPB.
We want to make programmes accessible to all. For this reason, a share of the profits from our corporate programmes is used to help youth and community groups develop valuable life skills. By investing in your organisation, you are investing in the future of Britain's youth.
We make events memorable and engaging through the use of outdoor exercises, and accelerated learning techniques. We enable participants to practise skills and behaviours and receive peer feedback, making behavioural change more likely.
The service provided is distinctive in that it is personal, the same member of staff who visits your organisation to discuss your needs will be involved in the planning, delivery and follow-up of your programme so that they are able to really get to know you and your organisation.
Training and development organisations or in-house trainers who wish to design and deliver their own programmes, under the supervision of our professionally qualified technicians, can also hire our ropes course in Ripley, Yorkshire.
