We live in a world where change is a fact of life. That’s why a self assured and successful business is one which knows its people can respond quickly and positively to whatever comes their way.
At Log Heights, we design programmes that enable course participants to understand how change works and also how people tend to respond when things feel uncertain. While each change management programme is bespoke, all participants get the chance to work together in challenging indoor and outdoor projects which help them identify their personal and team reaction to change. Current business thinking on the topic is discussed and plenty of opportunity is given for facilitated reviews and the giving and receiving feedback.
