Management Development is a vast area. The role of the business leader has become increasingly demanding in recent times. The area many managers find challenging is that of managing people and getting the best from them.
We design manageent training courses that enable participants to develop their management skills through completing challenging indoor and outdoor projects, applying theory, taking part in facilitated reviews and giving and receiving feedback.
