The facilitation and training that we do is founded on experiential and accelerated learning methods as well as active and creative reviewing.

We believe that learning should be a completely engaging and active experience and we enjoy sharing this with our clients.

We design and deliver facilitator programmes that are a combination of interactive presentations, open discussions and indoor and outdoor activities.

Others have really enjoyed the chance to be a participant and felt refreshed, re-energised and inspired to apply their new insights back in the workplace – many keep in touch and report great success with their new approach to facilitation.

It is really important to us that all our facilitators receive regular development, and as part of this, we offer a smorgasbord of open facilitator development programmes for both our own trainers and to tempt other individuals who want to ‘funk up their facilitation’.

We offer an open programme specifically for the outdoor facilitator. As far as we know, we are the only organisation in the UK offering such a programme. It is a highly interactive, informal, indoor and outdoor three-day learning experience for facilitators who want to stand out from the crowd and get outdoors! A highly experiential event, the programme involves participating in a variety of exercises (high and low), games, debates, discussions, reviews and interactive theory sessions. It also involves opportunities to facilitate outdoors!

Dr Roger Greenaway regularly runs open two-day courses on ‘Active and Creative Reviewing’ and ‘Transfer of Learning’ at our centre and these programmes usually contain a healthy mix.

‘Facilitate This!’ work in conjunction with Log Heights on one half day of their three-day highly participative course in core facilitation skills. These open programmes enable you to experience the Log Heights approach to developing people and allow you to evaluate the effectiveness of our experiential approach to learning.
