Teamwork is crucial within organisations if goals are to be met efficiently and effectively. A lack of teamwork results in poor productivity, wasted time through repeated and duplicated tasks and a poor working environment. The success of teamwork depends on building relationships and developing ways of the team working together.
We design team building programmes to both build new teams and develop the skills of existing teams. We create an environment conducive to learning and risk-taking and maintain a balance between challenge and support. Teams develop their skills through participating in challenging indoor and outdoor projects, applying theory, taking part in facilitated reviews and giving and receiving feedback.

A learning event or series of events provides an opportunity to reflect, a pause in routine and an input of new information, ideas and experiences encouraging new directions to emerge.
Team building events at Log Heights are individually designed to ensure integration of relevant business knowledge and practices and maximise the transfer of learning.
